About the role
- Drive sales growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, collaborating closely with local sales partners and the Headquarter team
- Report to the Director of Sales EMEA Central
- Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones
- Leverage industry knowledge and contacts to position advanced measurement solutions
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Utilize CRM (SalesForce) to manage opportunities and drive value-based selling
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical interest, enabling the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Understanding of data center infrastructure, cooling solutions, and building automation design
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships and achieving sales growth in a technical B2B environment
- A positive sales mindset
- Solid understanding of economic principles relevant to the business
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel as required
