collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Creative to ensure every HCP touchpoint reflects the same care and quality that define our products.
define and execute the brand marketing and education strategy that builds awareness, trust, and advocacy among healthcare professionals.
partner with the HCP Copywriter to translate science and clinical data into clear, human, brand-aligned stories.
oversee relationships with professional organizations and lead the brand’s strategy and marketing direction for professional conferences, sponsorships, and event activations.
work cross-functionally with Marketing channel owners and Commercial to ensure our science and professional storytelling is consistent and connected.
define success metrics and track engagement across HCP initiatives, managing budgets and vendors while continuously optimizing based on results and field insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in healthcare, medical marketing, or professional education (nutrition or medical device background preferred); MBA is a plus.
Has a strong grasp of HCP audiences and professional ecosystems, with the ability to navigate medical accuracy, brand storytelling, and compliance.
Is a strategic doer-equally skilled at developing the plan and rolling up sleeves to make it happen.
Is highly collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
Is a strong writer and storyteller, able to make complex science feel relevant, human, and compelling.
Demonstrates exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.
