About the role

  • Be responsible for owning and strategically managing a portfolio of key accounts
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their evolving business needs, technical environments, and long-term objectives
  • Partner closely with customers to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across the Kaseya portfolio
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with customers to develop account strategies and growth plans
  • Monitor product usage, adoption metrics, and account health to proactively address potential risks or adoption barriers
  • Be driven by communication, relationships, and sales, understanding that the strength of customer relationships correlates with sales goals and long-term account growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution expansion while aligning with their technical and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT management, MSP, Network Security, or a related technology industry
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience operating in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage complex pipelines
  • A motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient achiever driven to win and excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and manage weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts
  • Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this role
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer engagements, or company events.
