Bookkeeper

• Ensure fellow team members are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance in multiple jurisdictions and processing semi-monthly payroll reports
• Report to the Director of Finance and collaborate cross-functionally to build a market-leading financial reporting department
• Partner with the Payroll Specialist to process end-to-end payroll and serve as backup for payroll processing
• Manage federal, state, and local payroll compliance, including tax registrations, filings, reconciliations, and agency notices
• Manage state-specific leave programs, workers’ compensation, and bi-monthly 401k loan administrations
• Support month-end close by preparing payroll reports, accounting entries, cost allocations, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate onboarding of new hires in ADP with correct allocations and GL coding
• Conduct monthly payroll audits to confirm accuracy of pay registers, taxes, 401(k), overtime, holiday pay, and bonus tax rates
• Collaborate with People Operations to address payroll questions and ensure timely processing of updates
• Advise People Ops on payroll best practices with our payroll provider
• Manage year-end payroll tasks including W-2s and payroll/401k audits
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.

Senior Payroll Analyst

• Report to the Associate Director of Sales; drive profitable revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and scale sales operations nationwide.
• Create incremental demand: prioritize and secure need-period business that profitably lifts RevPAR contribution across markets.
• Prospect and close high-value deals: win and grow national preferred accounts and high-value group/extended-stay business.
• Strategic partnerships: pursue large corporations, insurance companies, film studios, and relocation firms to secure high-volume, long-term stays nationwide.
• Build national sales motion: develop the playbook, processes, tools, and KPIs that future sellers can run at scale.

National Sales Manager

Manage a team of 3 - 10 remotely distributed guest experience specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery during each shift
Work Saturdays and Sundays. In place of a 'traditional weekend', you'll take two consecutive weekdays as your weekend.
