• Coordinate and lead end-to-end IT and business change projects, from scoping through execution to closure, ensuring alignment with Karo’s growth strategy.

• Maintain and improve the Application Portfolio register and lead reporting on cybersecurity and compliance.

• Process supplier invoices with accuracy: verify, classify, and post into the accounts payable subledger
• Manage outgoing payments and payment runs, ensuring timely and correct allocations
• Drive invoice follow-ups and approval flows; collaborate with stakeholders
• Reconcile accounts payable subledger with the General Ledger, ensuring data integrity
• Prepare reports and analyses on accounts payable and contribute to KPI tracking
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with accruals and postings
• Respond professionally to supplier inquiries and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate across finance teams and support other departments on AP-related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
• Participate in transitioning AP tasks into the Lithuanian COE and continuously improve the AP function
