About the role

- Join Karo Healthcare as an AP Accountant in Kaunas
- Process supplier invoices with accuracy: verify, classify, and post into the accounts payable subledger
- Manage outgoing payments and payment runs, ensuring timely and correct allocations
- Drive invoice follow-ups and approval flows; collaborate with stakeholders
- Reconcile accounts payable subledger with the General Ledger, ensuring data integrity
- Prepare reports and analyses on accounts payable and contribute to KPI tracking
- Support month-end and year-end close processes with accruals and postings
- Respond professionally to supplier inquiries and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate across finance teams and support other departments on AP-related matters
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
- Participate in transitioning AP tasks into the Lithuanian COE and continuously improve the AP function
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-moving or international environment
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating ERP systems (AP/AR modules)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships across teams and geographies
