About the role

  • Join Karo Healthcare as an AP Accountant in Kaunas
  • Process supplier invoices with accuracy: verify, classify, and post into the accounts payable subledger
  • Manage outgoing payments and payment runs, ensuring timely and correct allocations
  • Drive invoice follow-ups and approval flows; collaborate with stakeholders
  • Reconcile accounts payable subledger with the General Ledger, ensuring data integrity
  • Prepare reports and analyses on accounts payable and contribute to KPI tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with accruals and postings
  • Respond professionally to supplier inquiries and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate across finance teams and support other departments on AP-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
  • Participate in transitioning AP tasks into the Lithuanian COE and continuously improve the AP function

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-moving or international environment
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating ERP systems (AP/AR modules)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships across teams and geographies
