About the role
- Shape and manage the Solutions Portfolio for Imaging & OR Integration.
- Ensure a clear portfolio strategy and secure sustainable growth as well as market leadership.
- Take ownership of the budget and drive global revenue and profit through consistent portfolio optimization and lifecycle management.
- Lead your team of Solution Managers, foster their development, and establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
- Work closely with Market Management, Product Technology Management, and global Sales, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure customer-oriented solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, identify opportunities, and drive innovations with a focus on the next 3–5 years.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for new solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
- Represent Solution Management in strategic forums and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, advisory boards, and innovation networks.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- You have a proven track record in developing and implementing portfolio strategies as well as lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in creating business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- 3–5 years of experience in leading and developing teams and in fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Technical competence and the ability to keep teams continuously up to date.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills enabling you to successfully lead global teams and act as a reliable partner for diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 20–30%.
