💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Own and deliver against a revenue goal each quarter requiring you to retain and grow existing relationships with our most strategic and largest merchants
- Owning the client relationships with mid-market and enterprise level accounts- you'll be their go-to person for everyday needs as well as for strategy and planning
- Building a deep familiarity with the client’s business, strategies, goals, and challenges
- Become a product expert of our advertising platform to pitch product offerings targeted to client needs as well as support the feedback loop with continual iteration of the advertising platform
- Contributing to merchant team revenue growth & quota by securing campaign renewals and upsells
- Bringing the merchant perspective to our product roadmap
- Building out and/or improving our onboarding processes at the merchant and campaign level
- Ad hoc analytics requests - you know how to throw together charts and pull out interesting data insights
Requirements
- 2+ years managing ad campaigns and running all aspects of the process
- Analytical chops - you know your way around Excel, pivot tables, and campaign measurement KPIs
- Strong client presence — you're proactive in doing what it takes to deliver the best possible experience to our accounts
- An intense desire to be an early employee — you want to build something from scratch and don't need hand-holding
- Early stage startup experience
- Interest or previous experience in adtech
- U.S. core business hours availability and willingness to travel for company meetings.
