About the role
- Lead the execution of a new Kantox product from defined MVP to market delivery
- Refine and deliver this strategic product launch based on client requirements and market insights
- Execute product delivery from MVP scope to market launch
- Refine product during prototyping based on client feedback and market inputs
- Coordinate go-to-market strategy and user training
- Manage delivery timeline across Engineering, Commercial, and Implementation teams
- Break down MVP into logical development phases and prioritize features for iterative delivery
- Continue product development post-MVP to define new features and expand use cases for additional clients
- Write clear user stories and technical requirements
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and maintain agile practices
- Create product documentation for internal teams and clients
Requirements
- 4-6 years Product Owner/Manager experience in fintech
- Proven track record launching complex B2B products from scratch to delivery
- Strong Scrum methodology experience with hands-on Product Owner role
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery including training and adoption
- Fluent business English
- Preferred: Background in Finance, Corporate Treasury
- Preferred: Product management certification (CSPO, PSPO)
- Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Preferred: Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
- Preferred: API and integration experience
