About the role
- Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM and Ops roles
- Lead proactive, high-volume sourcing efforts
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
- Track and communicate pipeline health
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and scale recruiting workflows
- Ensure every candidate receives a thoughtful, white-glove experience
- Contribute to broader recruiting operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep expertise recruiting for GTM and/or operational functions
- A skilled, proactive sourcer
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS
- Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting operations
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
- A true hiring manager partner
- Excellent communicator who keeps candidates and stakeholders informed
- Someone who leads with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care in every candidate interaction
