About the role

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM and Ops roles
  • Lead proactive, high-volume sourcing efforts
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Track and communicate pipeline health
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and scale recruiting workflows
  • Ensure every candidate receives a thoughtful, white-glove experience
  • Contribute to broader recruiting operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Deep expertise recruiting for GTM and/or operational functions
  • A skilled, proactive sourcer
  • Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS
  • Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting operations
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A true hiring manager partner
  • Excellent communicator who keeps candidates and stakeholders informed
  • Someone who leads with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care in every candidate interaction
