About the role
- Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM and business roles, from intake through offer.
- Lead sourcing efforts for roles including Account Executives, Finance, BizOps, and related functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and candidate communication end-to-end.
- Ensure candidates receive a first-in-class, white-glove experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track, analyze, and communicate hiring progress and recruiting metrics via Ashby.
- Participate in weekly hiring syncs, providing pipeline updates and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as we scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, Finance, or Business Operations roles.
- Proven experience hiring business-facing roles in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Comfortable sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
- A recruiter who leads with empathy and values thoughtful candidate communication.
