About the role

  • Monitor marketing performance across multiple channels (e.g., site traffic, new visitors, registrations, conversions, CPA), ensuring alignment with market targets and KPIs derived from the overarching financial KPIs;
  • Develop tactical action plans and track the execution, ensuring that brand positioning, media strategies, and campaign deliverables are met according to the local market plan;
  • Develop and localize, in collaboration with internal teams and external creative agencies, compliant materials (TV, ATL, BTL, digital, on-site), ensuring optimal compatibility between creatives and local target group characteristics;
  • Monitor and report on the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and identifying opportunities for optimization;
  • Take full ownership of the local marketing budget, including invoice processing and vendor management, ensuring maximum ROI;
  • Collaborate with local and central content teams to ensure high quality and consistency across all inbound and outbound communications;
  • Monitor, track and evaluate all marketing activities, including sponsorships, and report on KPIs across channels and campaigns (TV/ ATL, digital, on-site, affiliate marketing/network) to ensure targets are achieved or take corrective actions where needed;
  • Monitor and report on competition and their activities across communications, product and compliance areas; assess market and media research to provide insights that support the Marketing Manager and HQ in understanding consumer trends and competitive dynamics;
  • Collaborate with agencies and third-party partners (you will be the local point of contact) for the execution of the local campaigns/communications plan;
  • Create reports and analyses for the Country Manager, keeping them informed of key marketing metrics and campaign performance;
  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role (e.g. social media), preferably within the online industry
  • Native French and/or Dutch Speaker
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Passion for sports and the online gaming industry
  • Business orientation and understanding, with an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Creativity and motivation to design and execute new projects that ultimately drive KPIs and help achieve the defined targets
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach, with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills to convey targets, actions, plans and inspire others to deliver results
  • Availability for international travel and mobility is considered a plus.
