• As a Staffing Consultant (Senior Associate) at Kainos, you will be responsible for the day-to-day staffing of projects within a Business unit.
• You will ensure the talent pool has the appropriate skills for forecasted projects while maximising profitable utilisation.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring the accurate closure of month end accounts.
• Managing the day to day staffing and PMO activities across multiple locations
• Working to the guidelines and SLA’s within the Staffing and PMO team
• Working with the recruitment team to ensure that recruitment interview and assessment days are properly staffed
