About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the technology and AI strategy for the AI Business Solutions practice
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for the practice
- Guide structured evaluation of emerging Dynamics, Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities
- Act as a senior adviser to executive customers
- Engage at C-suite level to shape technology-led transformation agendas
- Build senior relationships across Microsoft field and engineering teams
- Provide technology leadership across strategically important bids
- Lead the practice’s AI-first narrative
- Define capability strategy across Dynamics, Power Platform and AI-aligned skills
- Support recruitment and development of senior technical roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience operating in a senior technology leadership or CTO-level role within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Insight into how Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI extend and transform those platforms
- Experience shaping AI-enabled solutions beyond proof of concept
- Demonstrated experience influencing revenue growth through executive engagement
- Confidence engaging with senior customers, Microsoft and partners on AI strategy
- A balance of strategic technology vision and commercial pragmatism
