About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retaining and growing an existing base of customers in your defined territory
- Delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual individual and team targets (revenue and activity)
- Understanding buyer persona challenges as they relate to Workday
- Collaborate with the Customer Base Marketing Manager, Account Managers, Directors, VP to assist in the creation and execution of demand generation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience in SaaS sales
- Experience selling to the office of CHRO or CFO (HR / HRIT and Finance Leaders)
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with concentration in Arts, Science, Business, Information Technology, or more significant professional sales experience than stated above
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or other CRM (SFDC, HubSpot etc.)
