About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Retaining and growing an existing base of customers in your defined territory
  • Delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual individual and team targets (revenue and activity)
  • Understanding buyer persona challenges as they relate to Workday
  • Collaborate with the Customer Base Marketing Manager, Account Managers, Directors, VP to assist in the creation and execution of demand generation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to the office of CHRO or CFO (HR / HRIT and Finance Leaders)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with concentration in Arts, Science, Business, Information Technology, or more significant professional sales experience than stated above
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or other CRM (SFDC, HubSpot etc.)
