About the role
- Manage destination services of client’s assignees into and out of the UK
- Take accountability for each assignee’s move
- Conduct full briefing calls on requirements
- Adopt a financial and commercially aware mindset
- Manage assignees' expectations regarding areas and budget
- Build close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance on suitable areas and local specifics
- Co-ordinate home and school search days, placing offers on behalf of assignees
- Advise on legislation and responsibilities, negotiating terms
- Ensure tenant's expectations are managed effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of lettings or industry relevant experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills when dealing with estate agents and landlords
- Knowledge and understanding of UK letting processes
- Industry relevant accreditations are desirable
- Ability to deal with high profile individuals within a corporate environment would be beneficial
