• Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and related components.

• Independent operational and technical responsibility for ongoing financial accounting
• Drive efficiency and digitalization of finance processes as part of global process harmonization

• Own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
• Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
