About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
  • Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
  • Represent Körber at regional industry events and client workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred
