Account Manager
KörberAccount Manager responsible for managing regional client relationships, driving account growth for Körber Pharma Software. Ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating with Sales Engineers for value-based solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts
- Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver value-based solutions
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or opportunities
- Represent Körber at regional industry events and client workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 – 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
- Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plus
- Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred
