Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, setting priorities and resolving conflicts as needed
Ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
Develop, maintain, and control the project master schedule to ensure timely completion
Monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project participants
Manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, aiming to deliver results within or below financial targets
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering collaboration and team development
Perform additional duties as required to support project execution and organizational objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may also be considered
5–8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and complexity, ideally in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued at over $10–$15 million
Experience working in international or cross-functional team environments
Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and managing vendor relationships
Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in complex environments
High level of organizational skill and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and familiarity with ERP or project management systems
Ability to travel up to 50% or as required based on project needs
PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification—preferred but not required
Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
