About the role
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM projects
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements
- Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM initiatives
- Lead change management efforts
- Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, track expenditures
- Lead a team of service and delivery leads
- Provide guidance on IAM technologies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management
- 3–5 years focused on IAM or cybersecurity projects
- Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management
- Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IAM implementations
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals)
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies and protocols: SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
