💰 $84,300 - $108,100 per year
About the role
- Manages projects focused on LOB products, processes, or functions, with some having cross-functional implications
- Acts as a secondary contact to senior managers for critical change initiatives and assists staff
- Partners with the business to develop transition plans with ongoing success measures to sustain change
- Responsible for analyzing the current state, developing future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation
- Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls projects using appropriate tools to ensure efficient completion
- Develops and communicates risk mitigation strategies
- Effectively informs managers, peers, and partners about deliverables, timelines, and needed support
- Also responsible for Clarity, PCM updates, and project documentation
- Requires strong project management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Experience leading and/or managing small projects or portions of larger projects
- Experience participating in, and/or managing, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
- Solid knowledge of project lifecycles, project management methodologies, and business requirements analysis
- Experience working with all levels of staff, management, and vendors
- Proficiency with PCs and related software applications (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and project management applications)
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skill in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
