About the role
- Serve as SAP PP Key User bridging production operations and SAP systems, supporting end users and liaising with IT
- Analyze and improve Production KPIs using data from SAP and ensure accurate, actionable reporting
- Promote the use of high-quality, real-time data to support decision-making
- Map existing manual or semi-manual workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for digitalization
- Translate operational needs into system requirements and ensure process consistency between end users and SAP/IT teams
- Provide first level SAP PP support for production order management, supply chain analysis, material creation and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with other key users (MM, FICO, EWM) on internal improvement projects and problem solving
- Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and standardization
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-6 years of experience in similar positions
- Strong SAP PP skills
- Experience with SAP MM
- Experience with SAP EWM
- Experience with MS PowerBI is a plus
- Clear, concise, and collaborative communication
