About the role
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Apply in-depth knowledge of core SAP S/4HANA modules including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and more
- Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems to support business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA modules
- SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirements gathering, functional design, and testing
- Participate in unit and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA processes
- Effectively communicate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions
- Maintain strong documentation and knowledge management practices
- Stay up to date with latest SAP S/4HANA releases and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)
- Data migration experience from legacy systems to S/4HANA
- Ability to write functional specifications and configuration documents
- Troubleshooting skills and SAP issue resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Leadership ability to lead tasks and coordinate between workstreams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field
- SAP certifications welcomed and valued
- Travel requirement: 10%-15%
