• Oversee and optimize key day-to-day operational processes supporting digital channels, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within existing digital workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues impacting digital platforms or customer experience.
• Support the management of relationships with external vendors and technology partners relevant to digital operations.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
• Serve as a key operational point of contact for the digital engagement team, liaising effectively with cross-functional partners.

Manager, Digital Operations

Account Manager

• The Key Account Manager will report directly for the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Directly manage the day to day retail relationship, promotional sell in, special projects, contract negotiation and distribution channel relationship in key account workload
• Work across internal departments to resolve any and all customer issues
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Category Leadership team to develop custom Chain Retail Programming to drive rate of sale and incremental product placement within these retail chains

Territory Manager

Director

• Lead JUUL Labs’ end-to-end commercial cycle planning process from strategy definition to execution readiness
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated, market-ready execution plans for product launches, promotions, and consumer programs
• Partner with Sales, Brand, Go-to-Market, Demand Planning, and Operations teams to define objectives, KPIs, and tactical execution plans
• Manage dependencies, identify risks and conflicts, and ensure activities are timed and resourced to meet volume, revenue, and market share goals
• Serve as central point of coordination for cycle planning inputs across U.S. and International markets and integrate with demand planning and governance

Director, Cycle Planning

Manager

• Report to the National Sales Director and lead a team of Territory Specialists to maximize sales opportunities
• Execute the sales strategy of driving distribution, decreasing out of stocks, improving space and locations of products, and other sales KPIs to increase revenue
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and Territory plans across the Division and assess both successes and failures with actionable plans for continuous improvement

Field Manager

• Primary owner of assigned city/cities performance, driving awareness, distribution, execution, and market share
• Identify, lead and nurture influential accounts and route-to-market relationships to deliver distribution, execution, education and market share (ROS) targets
• Lead and drive on-the-ground execution including event execution, product distribution, merchandising, and brand presence across trade channels (priority accounts, Wholesale, Vape, alternative channels)
• Develop and nurture relationships with non-traditional/new trade channels and ensure activities align with company objectives and local regulations

Field Operations Manager

Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to be part of our growing Manufacturing Engineering & Sustaining group. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for debugging and ramping automation equipment for Juul’s next generation product, as well as managing sustaining engineering operations for our existing product line at our partner contract manufacturing.
