Full-stack Engineer

• Working on the eCommerce Software Team across all areas of our global eCommerce infrastructure: frontend, backend, connected device application integrations, enterprise application integrations, third-party logistics integrations, access controls & regulatory compliance, and any other supported infrastructure

Full Stack Software Engineer

Compliance

• Coordinate the end-to-end preparation, review, and timely filing of postmarket reporting submissions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (i.e., Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory Science, Legal, etc.) to organize all applicable aspects of postmarket reporting submission materials and ensure compliance with U.S. federal regulatory obligations.
• Manage complex regulatory timelines, ensuring all stakeholders meet milestones for recurring federal filings.
• Assess and identify potential regulatory risks related to advertising, promotion, labeling, and operations and work with Regulatory Leadership to mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and sales and distribution restrictions applicable to tobacco product marketing and advertising in the U.S.

Regulatory Specialist

Procurement

• Analyze market trends to develop channel-specific category plans and toolkits
• Continuously assess channel opportunity sizing, gap-to-growth, and program effectiveness using available data across multiple sources and levels of granularity
• Adapt category solutions for diverse store environments and resource levels
• Partner with field and distributor sales teams to create, communicate, and execute unique initiatives at the street level

Category Manager

DevOps Engineer

• A Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is expected to own the operational stability and performance of Juul’s hybrid cloud infrastructure (Nutanix, AWS/GCP).
• This involves leading automation efforts, architecting for reliability, and acting as the final escalation point for critical incidents to ensure the platform is scalable and efficient.
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Nutanix AHV clusters and Prism Central for multi-cluster management.
• Expert-level proficiency with Nutanix CLI (nCLI and acli) for advanced operations, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Develop automation scripts using Nutanix REST APIs, Python SDK, PowerShell, and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Design disaster recovery solutions using Leap, Protection Domains, cross-cluster replication, and metro clustering.
• Lead L3 troubleshooting using advanced diagnostics, log analysis (CVM, Genesis), NCC health checks, and cluster service resolution.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Outside Sales

• MUST LIVE IN REGION - New York/New England
• The Field Director is responsible for leading a professional sales team that will own the relationships and merchandising responsibilities with our retail partners.
• This individual will also be responsible for the entire sales process, not just the retail side.
• This individual will guide teams responsible for selling and managing retail partners from regional chains, small chains, and independent / specialty doors, plus field-level merchandising support for the assigned doors in their regions for all account types (i.e., supporting national chains).
• Must understand and work with other Sales Leadership to ensure assigned accounts are appropriately serviced at the HQ and door level, these responsibilities include managing distribution, trade/ regional trade marketing, and field retail execution excellence.
• Lead & build a team of Division Managers to achieve desired business objectives.
• Work with Division Managers to translate company directives and goals into actionable plans that can be executed in their specific Divisions.
• Provide train-the-trainer coaching and mentorship for Division Managers, ensure front-line sales reps are developing selling and professional skills (through goal-setting, personalized feedback, joint sales calls, individual coaching sessions, performance reviews, etc.).
• Synthesize regional insights and business intelligence up to the RVP and across relevant cross-functional department heads (i.e., distributor managers, national chain accounts, sales strategy).
• Achieve OKR’s (KPI’s) set for the company, regional, and individual levels.
• Represent regional field sales cross-functionally with company HQ, regional HQ, and other teams (e.g. Trade Marketing, Distribution Management, Chain Accounts, etc.).

Field Sales Director

Technical Project Manager

• In this highly visible role, you will be part of a growing technical project management group in support of NPI process development and developing solutions for extremely high-volume production.
• Responsible for driving factory readiness to mass-manufacture high quality products.
• Synthesize information on the program into concise communication for Senior Management.
• Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Work closely with engineering teams through the entire development cycle to ensure that designs are manufacturable in high-volumes.
• Collaborate with Suppliers and Engineering teams in developing manufacturing processes.
• Drive project technical and operational issues during the NPI phase to enable delivery of a mature product and manufacturing process into Mass Production.
• Lead the establishment of Quality programs and Manufacturing Process Control Plans for early detection of issues.

Sales

• Lead governance and ongoing optimization of all U.S. commercial compensation programs—including variable plans, quota setting, bonuses, and special incentives—ensuring market competitiveness and strategic alignment
• Lead the end-to-end US Commercial performance evaluation process: establish clear, objective performance standards and facilitate calibration sessions for sales teams; manage annual and mid-year review cycles
• Conduct regular benchmarking and effectiveness reviews of incentive programs, using data-driven analytics to recommend changes that improve motivation, minimize turnover, and promote pay-for-performance culture
• Monitor and audit program compliance, ensuring incentive calculations, communication, and awards are accurate, timely, and adhere to internal governance
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and decision trees governing plan changes, exceptions, and dispute resolution
