Account Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Partner Managers responsible for sourcing, supporting, and growing partner led pipeline
• Scale the team through the strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of new Channel Partner Managers
• Actively contribute to our high performing, people first team culture grounded in trust, development, and accountability
• Monitor individual and team performance and support Channel Partner Managers in hitting quarterly quotas tied to partner sourced pipeline and closed revenue through focused coaching, prioritization, and removal of obstacles rather than individual deal ownership
• Build and iterate on partner programs, playbooks, and engagement models across VC/PE, HR Consultants, Pilot Programs, and Associations
• Use data and performance metrics to understand partner contribution to pipeline, identify trends, and guide team focus
• Work closely with Sales leadership and individual sellers to support partner-sourced opportunities from lead submission through close and post-sale
• Ensure strong handoffs, visibility, and accountability across Partnerships and Sales to maximize conversion and partner experience
• Coordinate with Marketing, Partner Experience, and Partner Operations, to proactively support the development of partner-facing enablement, webinars, and co-branded initiatives by identifying and prioritizing relevant needs.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product to advocate for partner needs and improve outcomes for both partners and their clients
• Ensure the regular, systematic collection of partner feedback and ecosystem insights to inform program and product improvements
• Act as a point of escalation for partner or process-related issues and help Channel Partner Managers navigate complex situations.
• Handle general management responsibilities, such as conducting 1:1s, leading regular team meetings, generating weekly report-ups, and conducting annual performance reviews

Manager, Channel Partnerships

Recruitment

• Own full life cycle recruiting inclusive of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at each stage
• Own and drive the negotiation and offer process effectively and in a timely manner
• Identify/clarify hiring needs and core competencies, use historical hiring data, and external market insights to build a data-driven Recruiting strategy
• Proactively source and screen to build a robust talent pipeline
• Use your subject matter expertise to offer out of the box solutions to talent strategies
• Build/maintain, execute, and own social media strategy includes, but not limited to promoting open roles, highlight teams, products, etc. inclusive of a DEIB lens, in partnership with your Hiring Leader(s)
• Develop robust internal/external partnerships, industry related groups
• Keep up to date with new recruiting methods, industry, and market trends; assist in developing a consistent and sustainable recruiting strategy inclusive of a DEIB lens
• Build strong partnerships with Business Leaders and People Business Partners to understand business priorities and anticipate hiring challenges/needs
• Host quarterly pulse check ins to ensure quality delivery and progress of Recruiting strategies and initiatives
• Act as a thought partner to Business and Hiring Leaders, drive accountability pertaining to talent attraction/hiring
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business by connecting dots for translating business needs into executable action plans
• Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with hiring managers through strategy meetings, status updates, and constant communication

• Drive and maintain a high standard of candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through, in-depth screens to assess potential candidates and candidate advocacy

• Analyze digital marketing performance across multiple channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic
• Maintain data visualization dashboards and reports that track key metrics and KPIs
• Translate insights from various data sources into actionable strategies that improve ROI
• Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement robust tracking and attribution mechanisms
• Manage key marketing platforms to ensure data integrity and process efficiency

• Manage vendor and partner relationships end to end, and seamlessly integrate benefits into our global operations and in-app experience.
• Build, lead, and motivate a distributed team of regional benefits experts.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to define and scale a portfolio of benefits.
• Balance a top-down, scaled global approach with local relevance.

• Answer inbound inquiries from our small business customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide expert-level support, guidance, and troubleshooting to customers around Justworks' continually expanding product and service offerings including our software, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR
• Assist customers and their employees with administration, eligibility, and enrollment in benefits and perks including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, commuter benefits, Long and Short Term Disability insurance, retirement and COBRA
• Resolve customer inquiries related to administering payroll, making payments, time & attendance, running payroll reports, federal and state wage and hour laws, and general payroll policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain product expertise on our software and be the go-to resource for customers in need of training or best practices
• Manage open cases in our CRM to resolve inquiries in shortest possible time frame while keeping customers and their employees regularly informed of status and anticipated resolution timing
• Work with a sense of urgency to provide accurate information in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner to create a white-glove customer experience
• Ensure proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of higher-level issues and challenging customer interactions through escalation to Team Leads or subject matter experts
• Contribute recommendations for improving our product and processes while advocating for our customers and communicating bugs to engineering
