Account Manager

• define and lead Justworks’ commercial AI ecosystem strategy
• develop a unified strategy for how Justworks wins within AI platforms, agentic workflows, and emerging software ecosystems
• translate fragmented efforts across integrations, APIs, partnerships, AI discovery, and go-to-market into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes
• identify where Justworks should invest, partner, build, or experiment to increase visibility and adoption in AI-driven customer journeys
• build executive-ready recommendations that connect AI ecosystem opportunities to commercial impact, customer value, and long-term strategic positioning
• own and develop relationships with frontier AI labs, AI platforms, developer ecosystems, and other strategic partners
• identify opportunities for commercial partnerships, co-marketing, marketplace placement, featured integrations, and ecosystem distribution
• ensure Justworks is technically integrated, visible, trusted, and prioritized within relevant partner ecosystems
• represent Justworks externally with the credibility and judgment required to engage senior partner stakeholders
• partner with Marketing to evolve traditional search and content strategies into AI discovery and Answer Engine Optimization approaches
• help define how Justworks should appear in AI-generated experiences
• develop messaging, campaigns, and channel strategies tailored to AI-first startups, technology companies, and businesses adopting AI-native workflows
• collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations, API capabilities, and platform requirements that support AI ecosystem adoption
• turn AI platform visibility, customer behavior, and ecosystem data into practical recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Execute day-to-day operations as part of the Justworks Benefit, including conducting recurring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of system data and data from our partners
• Oversee daily incoming and outgoing file feeds to ensure the timely sharing of data
• Collaborate with team leads to triage any system bug investigation and own end to end remediation with engineering
• Communicate with our partner to relay issues and findings of audits
• Maintain partner and internal partner SLAs
• Assist the Sr. Analyst with completing regular billing and invoicing of contributions for our Benefit Partners
• Work with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance and external stakeholders including Benefit Partners when necessary to resolve escalated issues
• Own or assist the Sr. Analyst with any system bug investigation and remediation
• Gather and analyze customer benefits data and other sensitive information, utilizing SQL, Excel, and proprietary systems
• Identify and resolve errors and pain points in benefits operations using creative technical solutions
• Assist with executing regular filings and/or any additional regulatory duties
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure systems and procedures are updated accordingly
• Track, analyze and report on regular KPIs
• Create various operational tools and dashboards as needed
• Partner with other team members on various project work as needed
• QA any member data as needed
• Identify pain points in benefit operations and work with our Product and Engineering teams to improve systems and resolve issues

Financial Benefits Analyst – Retirement

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Partner Managers responsible for sourcing, supporting, and growing partner led pipeline
• Scale the team through the strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of new Channel Partner Managers
• Actively contribute to our high performing, people first team culture grounded in trust, development, and accountability
• Monitor individual and team performance and support Channel Partner Managers in hitting quarterly quotas tied to partner sourced pipeline and closed revenue through focused coaching, prioritization, and removal of obstacles rather than individual deal ownership
• Build and iterate on partner programs, playbooks, and engagement models across VC/PE, HR Consultants, Pilot Programs, and Associations
• Use data and performance metrics to understand partner contribution to pipeline, identify trends, and guide team focus
• Work closely with Sales leadership and individual sellers to support partner-sourced opportunities from lead submission through close and post-sale
• Ensure strong handoffs, visibility, and accountability across Partnerships and Sales to maximize conversion and partner experience
• Coordinate with Marketing, Partner Experience, and Partner Operations, to proactively support the development of partner-facing enablement, webinars, and co-branded initiatives by identifying and prioritizing relevant needs
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product to advocate for partner needs and improve outcomes for both partners and their clients
• Ensure the regular, systematic collection of partner feedback and ecosystem insights to inform program and product improvements
• Act as a point of escalation for partner or process-related issues and help Channel Partner Managers navigate complex situations
• Handle general management responsibilities, such as conducting 1:1s, leading regular team meetings, generating weekly report-ups, and conducting annual performance reviews

• Lead the Legal workstream for sensitive, complex, or escalated EOR lifecycle matters that require Legal involvement.
• Serve as the legal point of contact for complex termination and offboarding matters that require Legal involvement.
• Partner with regional employment counsel to translate local legal requirements into practical guidance.
• Build and maintain lifecycle standards, playbooks, escalation paths, controls, decision frameworks, and training.
• Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle legal requirements, risk parameters, workflow logic, case-management controls, customer-facing guidance, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor lifecycle-related legal and operational developments across key markets and help update internal guidance, training, and processes as needed.
