About the role
- First point of contact on either phones or emails for the day
- Provide updates and answer questions to ensure everyone has a great experience of Juno
- Work with legal teams for complex matters, take messages or escalate emails
- Chase clients, other law firms, and third parties for outstanding documents
- Upload legal documents and information to the system
Requirements
- Recent experience (i.e. last 12 months) either working in an estate agency or legal experience in residential conveyancing
- Dedication and concentration during working hours
- Ability to handle complex matters by working directly with legal teams
