• Take end-to-end ownership of people operations in a fully remote law firm
• Run day-to-day people operations and build them into scalable systems
• Handle sensitive one-to-one conversations with care
• Own new-starter onboarding flows end to end
• Be the first point of contact for managers and handle absence and leave administration
• Own HR system and configure workflows
• Draft and track routine employee paperwork
• Identify things to automate and support managers through light-touch training
