About the role
- Sourcing work placements with local employers that inspire and challenge students
- Building strong partnerships with businesses, schools, agencies, and community groups
- Showcasing Juniper pathways and apprenticeships at careers events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up stands
- Using social media creatively to highlight success stories and attract new opportunities
- Meeting with students, understanding their career ambitions, and matching them with the right placements
- Keeping the Telford centre on track to meet its placement and recruitment goals
Requirements
- Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident, outgoing, and great at building rapport
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Goal-driven
- Comfortable using social media to connect and engage
- Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4 qualification
- Desirable: Experience in education/training
- Desirable: Experience working with 16–18-year-olds
- May require enhanced DBS check as part of safer recruitment practices
