• Partner with Account Executives to target sales opportunities in fund administration for both new and existing clients.
• Manage and address all technical inquiries from potential clients.
• Determine client requirements and ensure alignment with Juniper Square’s capabilities, particularly for complex or specialized fund structures.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions to support effective decision-making
• Design and execute the company’s OKR process, including prioritizing initiatives, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, company communication, ensuring alignment across the company, and driving accountability to outcomes
• Manage the company’s operating rhythm, leading the structured cadence of key processes, meetings, activities and offsites that help the organization run smoothly and achieve its goals

• Hosted and Channel Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of small to medium-sized hosted events, such as executive dinners, experiential events, roundtables, and lunch-and-learns.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, speaker coordination, A/V requirements, and attendee registration.
• Assist in developing and managing pre- and post-event communication plans to maximize attendance and ensure timely lead follow-up.
