• Leverage partners - placement agents, auditors, legal advisors, consultants - for access and acceleration
• Adjust targeting and messaging based on territory performance and fund cycle timing
• Design discovery for complex PE organizations and build a business case spanning both technology and fund administration
• Re-qualify continuously as stakeholders, fund timing, and partnership dynamics shift
• Map buying processes and required approvals, including partnership votes and investment committee sign-off
• Get ahead of institutional objections - security reviews, SOC compliance, transition risk, data migration - before they surface

Account Executive, Private Equity

Analyst

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Managers on deal structuring, quoting, approval workflows, and order processing.
• Manage end-to-end quote and order execution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business policies and procedures.
• Strategically structure deals by proposing creative, scalable solutions that align with customer needs while protecting and maximizing revenue.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure contracts are compliant, complete, and aligned with internal policies and revenue recognition standards.
• Review and address non-standard deal structures in collaboration with Accounting, identifying and resolving revenue recognition considerations.
• Document non-standard terms, commitments, and exceptions in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and contributing to scalable Deal Desk operations.

SDET

• Review technical design documents and API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI) to provide meaningful feedback using AI-assisted analysis on system testability, edge cases, and potential integration bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define the automation strategy for new feature releases.
• Design and execute complex test cases targeting backend systems, focusing on data integrity, distributed systems logic, and asynchronous processing, and leverage AI-powered tools like Cursor or Augment to rapidly prototype and scaffold new test suites.
• Develop comprehensive test suites for RESTful (or gRPC/GraphQL) APIs, validating schema compliance, status codes, payload accuracy, and authentication/authorization protocols.
• Maintain and extend backend automation frameworks, preferably, Locust or Pytest, RestAssured, by utilizing LLMs.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and rigorous code review processes for the automation team. Foster a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.
• Develop automated test result reports and highlight any potential quality risks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs to resolution using AI tools to assist in root cause analysis and log interpretation.
