About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product positioning and messaging across Juniper Square's full platform, including fund administration, investor relations, and reporting.
  • Build a solutions marketing function organized around our three core verticals: private equity, venture, and real assets.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.
  • Own the team's understanding of the ICP, including who our buyers are, how they make decisions, what they care about at each stage of the funnel.
  • Build and maintain a proactive enablement cadence for sales and SDRs.
  • Define and track the metrics that tell you whether product marketing is working.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of product and solutions marketers.
  • Use AI tools and agents to increase the velocity of the PMM function across research, content production, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12 or more years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing at a leadership level.
  • A track record of building messaging and enablement programs that hold up in sales cycles with financially sophisticated buyers.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale solutions marketing programs across multiple verticals or segments.
  • A genuine partnership mentality.
  • Strong writing instincts.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in a marketing context.
  • A record of building and developing teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward ownership.
