About the role
- Own both email marketing strategy and the operations that enable it.
- Build and optimize email programs that drive acquisition, product engagement, and retention across PLG and Enterprise segments.
- Develop segmented nurtures, automated workflows, and lifecycle journeys.
- Analyze performance and use insights to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline creation.
- Manage and optimize Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Gong, and related integrations.
- Partner with RevOps to maintain accurate lead flow, routing rules, lifecycle stages, and data syncs.
- Ensure strong data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution across the marketing database.
- Own and refine lead scoring models using behavioral and firmographic data.
- Ensure leads are routed quickly and accurately to the right sales segments.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on campaign goals, data needs, and process improvements.
- Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar.
- Deep expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Gong.
- Strong background in email strategy, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working with complex datasets.
- Skilled in lead scoring, lead routing, and maintaining database quality.
