About the role

  • Working with the BDR team to take qualified leads forward through deeper discovery to opportunity creation and closing
  • Identifying stakeholders, pressing for key decision-makers, and controlling the frame of conversations
  • Building extreme rapport rapidly and leveraging this to steer prospects toward our solutions
  • Creating proposals that include digital marketing audits and competitor details to compel the prospect
  • Closing XX% or more of provided qualified leads into closed sales
  • Maintaining clear notes and call recordings in HubSpot CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Account Executive / closing experience in B2B sales
  • Minimum 2+ years selling digital marketing agency retainers or similar service-based monthly retainers
  • Strong preference for candidates who have sold into U.S. business clients
  • Proven experience closing B2B recurring service engagements
  • History of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with monthly recurring revenue targets and clear understanding of retainer-based selling
  • BDR / prospecting experience is required
  • Extremely organized, disciplined, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • Very strong in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working within a modern sales tech stack
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including uncovering pain points and positioning tailored solutions
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
