About the role
- Working with the BDR team to take qualified leads forward through deeper discovery to opportunity creation and closing
- Identifying stakeholders, pressing for key decision-makers, and controlling the frame of conversations
- Building extreme rapport rapidly and leveraging this to steer prospects toward our solutions
- Creating proposals that include digital marketing audits and competitor details to compel the prospect
- Closing XX% or more of provided qualified leads into closed sales
- Maintaining clear notes and call recordings in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of Account Executive / closing experience in B2B sales
- Minimum 2+ years selling digital marketing agency retainers or similar service-based monthly retainers
- Strong preference for candidates who have sold into U.S. business clients
- Proven experience closing B2B recurring service engagements
- History of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with monthly recurring revenue targets and clear understanding of retainer-based selling
- BDR / prospecting experience is required
- Extremely organized, disciplined, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Very strong in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working within a modern sales tech stack
- Strong consultative selling skills, including uncovering pain points and positioning tailored solutions
- Proven experience negotiating and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
