About the role

  • Own a portfolio of high-value accounts requiring strong strategic direction and communication

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing strategy, account management, or client success in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong understanding of business communication expectations and digital trends in B2B US/Canadian markets
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment managing ongoing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content, and inbound marketing strategy (strategy-first; hands-on knowledge required)
  • Experience managing B2B lead generation programs on a retainer basis, not just one-off projects
  • Experience interpreting marketing performance data and understanding attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level client conversations with confidence and structure
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with clear communication and persuasive framing
  • Advanced ability to create and present client-ready decks and strategic roadmaps
  • Strong project management skills able to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
  • Tech-savvy with experience using reporting dashboards, CRM systems, and project management tools
