Lead the pre-sales activities, including asking investigative questions to understand the intended use case and propose recommendation(s) on how best to implement our solution to meet their requirements
Creating and leading customer-facing technical presentations
Deliver live demo, showcasing our technical capabilities and the best of the Jumio Platform
Actively aiding the Bid Management team in the completion of solution proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
Managing the onboarding of enterprise customers from kick-off meetings with business and project teams to Go Live
Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise for Jumio suite of products and APIs
Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other business units to maintain and improve the technical and functional knowledge of existing and new product features
When required, deliver a bespoke demo for selected customers
Requirements
Proven professional experience of 3+ years in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting roles
Strong customer-facing experience, used to interacting with all levels and departments across enterprise customers
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth technical knowledge, including web or mobile programming (iOS, Android) and scripting languages (including, but not limited to Java, .NET, Swift)
Experience in integration APIs
Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high degrees of autonomy and ambiguity - used to navigating the challenges and opportunities in a start-up or scale-up business
