About the role

  • You oversee and coordinate all departments, act as Manager on Duty, and ensure smooth hotel operations by optimizing workflows.
  • As a role model, you support and motivate your team through targeted training, hands‑on involvement in daily operations, and clear communication across all interfaces.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with JUFA quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
  • You also manage inventories and oversee stock control.
  • You serve as a warm, welcoming host in direct guest interactions and continuously develop the hotel’s offerings in close collaboration with Cluster Management.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy — we also welcome young professionals and offer opportunities for development.
  • Business knowledge and an analytical approach are advantageous.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Hands‑on mentality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
