About the role

  • Operational coordination and management of all departments
  • Perform "Manager on Duty" shifts
  • Ensure communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
  • Support, challenge and develop the team
  • Optimize and monitor workflows within departments
  • Train, motivate and develop employees
  • Guest care and advisory services
  • Lead by example and provide hands-on assistance
  • Inventory management and stock control
  • Maintain and improve hygiene, order, safety and the JUFA quality standards
  • Further develop offerings in cooperation with management
  • Point of contact for personnel management

Requirements

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy, preferably in F&B
  • Business administration knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage
