About the role

  • Operational coordination and management of all departments
  • Taking on "Manager on Duty" shifts
  • Ensuring communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
  • Encouraging and challenging the team
  • Optimizing and monitoring workflows across departments
  • Training, motivating and developing staff
  • Guest service and consulting
  • Leading by example and providing hands-on support
  • Inventory counts and stock management
  • Ensuring and improving hygiene, order, safety and the JUFA quality standard
  • Further development of the offering in cooperation with management
  • Point of contact for personnel/HR management

Requirements

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy, preferably in F&B
  • Business administration knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage
