About the role
- Operational coordination and management of all departments
- Covering Manager on Duty shifts
- Ensuring communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
- Supporting and challenging the team
- Optimising and monitoring workflows across departments
- Training, motivating and developing team members
- Guest relations and advisory services
- Serving as a role model and providing hands-on support
- Conducting inventories and managing stock
- Ensuring and improving hygiene, order, safety and JUFA quality standards
- Developing the offering in collaboration with hotel management
- Point of contact for personnel management at JUFA Hotels
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy, preferably in F&B
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organisational skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Flexibility and creativity
- Business administration knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage
