About the role
- Join the Credit Solutions Team acting for major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners
- Provide a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and Insolvency actions
- Work on non-contentious probate matters, seek grants on behalf of creditors and deal with administration of estates
- Develop reputation and career within a fast-paced, growing team and contribute to team objectives
Requirements
- You are a solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE
- You must have expert, up to date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation.
- Experience specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery and/or insolvency
- Willingness to learn niche areas and industry-specific nuances
