• We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Learning Specialist to take ownership of how we document and share knowledge.
• You will create clear, practical guides, publish helpful articles in our Help portal, and deliver engaging training sessions to colleagues.
• From “how do I use Outlook more effectively?” to “what’s new in Teams?”, you will be the person who makes technology simple, useful, and less intimidating.
• This role will be ideal for an articulate and strong communicator who loves the responsibility of shaping how IT knowledge is shared across the organisation.

Digital Learning Specialist

• Join the Credit Solutions Team acting for major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners
• Provide a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and Insolvency actions
• Work on non-contentious probate matters, seek grants on behalf of creditors and deal with administration of estates
• Develop reputation and career within a fast-paced, growing team and contribute to team objectives

Solicitor / Legal Executive – Commercial Litigation / Debt Recovery

• Manage a varied caseload of probate and trust matters
• Provide advice on trusts and probate law to clients
• Assist contentious fee-earners within the team where necessary
• Take on significant client-facing responsibilities, representing clients in sensitive and high-stakes matters
• Work collaboratively within the CS Litigation Team to deliver legal services
• Operate within a mature hybrid working model and maintain a healthy work/life balance
• This is a maternity contract with prospect of being longer term
