About the role
- Promote and sell adhesive products to manufacturers and packaging operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct reporting and analysis to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the packaging industry and products.
- Utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and other events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated knowledge of the packaging industry preferred but not required
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in industrial sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and other events as needed
