About the role
- Review the accuracy of client information entered in our systems
- Generate contracts
- Facilitate the disbursement and collection of funds
- Register and monitor collateral
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries
- Prioritize and manage workload for transaction processing
- File and maintain incident management tickets
- Execute ad-hoc tasks from the Manager of Operations
Requirements
