About the role

  • Develop relationships with business owners to ensure they have a great experience
  • Act as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how Journey Capital credit products will help drive these desired results
  • Help prepare the client's application and negotiate the funding terms with the business owner
  • Prospect and convert leads into customers
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Fintech.
  • Excellent diplomacy, negotiation, organizational and information management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A good understanding of credit.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage various tasks.
