Manage multiple, key customers through positive relationships to deliver profitable and sustainable growth
Launch and drive availability of New Product Development and manage new product launches to drive initial listings and maximise availability and revenue growth
Devise and execute comprehensive and cost-effective account plans, JBP’s and promotional plans and regularly review with each individual key account
Execute promotional plans for the portfolio and complete specified administration including business plans, reports, promotional proposals, presentations, evaluations and pricing controls
Monitor and report on competitor activity, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns
Deploy category management principles to ensure fair share of space in-store and online for core range and NPD
Collaborate with internal departments on customer projects to maximise return on investment and act as a commercial function
Enhance the Company profile via promotional activities including attendance at trade shows and exhibitions
Requirements
Established experience within a similar sales environment, already operating at a National Account Manager level
Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue growth
Experience of implementing sales plans, developing customer account plans and JBPs and managing budgets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer orientated approach
Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills
Proactive, ambitious and results oriented
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A degree within a business discipline is highly desirable
