Undertaking RICS valuations for hotel properties using DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison, Residual Method across Spain, Portugal, and Greece.
Conducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies across Spain, Portugal, and Greece.
Critical analysis of data and market research investigations.
Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables.
Undertaking site inspections.
Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities.
Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with exposure to operational assets.
Experience in Audit, Hotel Development, Consultancy or Banking accepted.
Sound understanding of DCF methodology and USALI P&L allocation.
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Third Southern European language (Portuguese or Greek) appreciated.
Proactive attitude and fast learner.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Collegial and team oriented.
Expert in MS Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Willing to travel and drive throughout Europe.
Hotels sector experience preferred but not required.
