About the role
- Undertaking RICS valuations for hotel properties using DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison, Residual Method across Spain, Portugal, and Greece.
- Conducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies across Spain, Portugal, and Greece.
- Critical analysis of data and market research investigations.
- Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables.
- Undertaking site inspections.
- Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities.
- Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with exposure to operational assets.
- Experience in Audit, Hotel Development, Consultancy or Banking accepted.
- Sound understanding of DCF methodology and USALI P&L allocation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
- Third Southern European language (Portuguese or Greek) appreciated.
- Proactive attitude and fast learner.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Collegial and team oriented.
- Expert in MS Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willing to travel and drive throughout Europe.
- Hotels sector experience preferred but not required.
