About the role

  • Review and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility Studies, Preliminary, Schematic, Design documents & Construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects for office renovation
  • Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering
  • Create and execute contracts base on full scope projects
  • Compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors and ensure the contractors abide the rates throughout the project duration
  • Enhance overall cost controls service delivery by increasing efficiency and improving processes
  • Support in developing and maintaining customers historical cost benchmark for various project types
  • Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations
  • Support Project regent Board development
  • Help to develop Sustainment Planning in conjunction with IFM team and Client
  • Perform all PWMeb Functions: Estimating, Funding submissions (Payment apps), CR, Project Close outs, updating budgeting, update contracts
  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
  • Act as an interface with PMO, Engineers, MAC Team, and client’s Cost Control weekly meeting/ bi-weekly meeting to track review cost budgets with client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management and understanding of CSI trade costs
  • Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferred
  • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural & Engineering drawings, furniture, and space planning concepts
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support Business Development initiatives as assigned or requested
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with the customer’s executives, JLL executives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software (i.e., RS Means, Onscreen Center, OneDrive, SharPoint, PMWeb)
