💰 $108,500 - $157,300 per year

About the role

  • Proactively develop and manage local client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels that consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and contract requirements
  • Manage sites in full accordance with agreed policies and procedures while identifying operational improvement opportunities to drive process and cost efficiencies
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor performance management, effectively utilizing the JLL Corrigo system for service tickets and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate with Workplace Experience teams, concierge services, and external consultants while leading small-scale construction activities
  • Achieve financial targets through effective budget management, identifying cost savings opportunities while ensuring operational expenditures remain within approved budgets
  • Support budget creation and monthly variance reporting while reviewing and approving vendor invoices in compliance with all account policies
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and performance excellence while managing facility operations through collaboration with employees, landlords, and third-party service providers
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies while maintaining seamless service delivery that exceeds client expectations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace and facilities management with demonstrated supervisory experience in workplace operations
  • Proven track record managing client services, conference services, vendor contracts, and workplace experience delivery across multiple sites of varying size and function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Knowledge of local health and safety requirements with ability to ensure compliance across all managed properties
  • Demonstrated ability to matrix manage technical, vendor, and administrative staff while supervising vendor performance during standard and off-hours operations, including weekends when necessary.
