About the role
- Lead strategic occupancy excellence as a Director of Occupancy Planning & Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and teams
- Manage, train, and mentor teams while serving as Subject Matter Expert
- Plan and manage portfolios maximizing space efficiency while assisting clients
- Foster critical relationships and ensure coordination among JLL businesses
- Create accurate and credible planning reports supporting Corporate Real Estate decision-making
- Utilize critical thinking skills to tell compelling stories through data
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening abilities
- Strong bias towards transformation and execution with structured approach to problem solving
- Ability to effectively structure, staff, and manage projects ensuring clarity of expectations
- Skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookup, cell calculations
- High perseverance and resourcefulness with flexibility to work in ambiguous situations
- Ability to influence others toward common vision while working collaboratively through others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including active listening
