About the role
- Develop and implement quality management frameworks and compliance programs for global service delivery
- Design and conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across regional operations
- Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and regulatory obligations
- Create and maintain quality and compliance documentation including manuals, procedures, and training materials
- Coordinate root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee corrective action implementation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational excellence
- Prepare quality and compliance reports for leadership and client stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or related field
- Professional certification in quality management and compliance (ASQ, ISO or equivalent)
- 6-8 years' experience in quality management, compliance or operational excellence
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to facilities management and workplace services
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance assessment techniques
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
